Description
CNC Machining Welded Process Steel Frame Parts Is a Welding Process In Which Metal And Steel Materials Are Welded, And Then Processed By Various Machine Tools In Accordance With The Use Of Drawings. It Is Composed Of Many Processes, Of Which Welding Process Is The Most Basic, Because All Subsequent Processing Procedures Are Based On Welding, The Same Welding Process Is The Most Critical, The Most Critical Means The Highest Requirements.
1, No Profiles Should Be Filled In The Weld. The Butt Weld Must Be Fully Welded And Penetrated Layer By Layer.
2, No Cracks, Delamination Or Other Defects Shall Be Found On The Surface Of The Welded Groove. Before Welding, The Oxide, Oil Stain, Slag And Other Harmful Impurities On The Surface Of The Welded Joint Should Be Removed. The Clearance Range (From The Groove Or The Edge Of The Plate) Is Not Less Than 20 Mm.
3, After Each Weld Is Welded, The Coating Must Be Cleaned Up In Time So As To Find Out Whether There Are Defects In The Weld And Take Strain Measures. After The Welding Is Finished, The Slag And Spatter Must Be Cleaned Up, The Self-Inspection Is Qualified, And The Monitor (Mutual Inspection) Is Qualified, And Then The Quality Inspector Shall Be Notified For Inspection (Special Inspection). Only After The Quality Inspector Has Passed The Inspection Can He Transfer To The Next Process.
4, When Any Of The Following Conditions Occur In The Welding Environment And There Are No Effective Protective Measures, It Is Forbidden To Weld:
(1) The Wind Speed Of Manual Welding Is More Than 10m/s;
(2) The Wind Speed Of Manual Welding Is More Than 10m/s.
(3) Relative Humidity Is More Than 90%.
(4) Rain And Snow Environment.
5, When The Temperature Of The Weld Is Lower Than 0 c, It Should Be Preheated To 15 c In The Range Of 100 Mm At The Initial Weld.
6, The Residual Height e Of Butt Weld Should Be Controlled Between 0 And 4 Mm. The Thickness Of The Thinner Part Of Fillet Weld Should Be Taken When The Pattern Is Not Specified.
The Fillet Weld And Base Metal Should Be Smooth Transition. When The Thickness Of The Two Weldments Is Equal, The Height Of The Foot Should Be 75% Of The Thickness Of The Plate. No Cracks, Gas Holes, Arc Pits And Slag Inclusion Shall Be Allowed On The Weld Surface, And No Slag Or Spatter Shall Be Retained.
The Continuous Length Of The Undercut Of The Weld Shall Not Be Greater Than 100 Mm, The Total Length Of The Undercut On Both Sides Of The Weld Shall Not Be Greater Than 10% Of The Total Length Of The Weld, And The Undercut Depth Shall Not Be Greater Than 0.5 Mm. The Weld Width Difference Is Not More Than 3 Mm, The Residual Height Is Not More Than 4 Mm, And The Weld Wave Is More Uniform And Qualified.
7, When Splicing Welding Of Sheet Metal, The Short Weld Should Be Welded First, Then The Long Weld; The Longitudinal Weld Should Be Welded First, And The Circumferential Weld Should Be Welded Later. The Cylindrical Butt Joint Shall Not Form a Cross Weld, But Only a t-Shaped Weld. The Distance Between The Two t-Shaped Joints Shall Be More Than 100 Mm Arc Length.
8, Welding Current Should Not Be Greater Than 110a When Using 3.2mm Electrode; 210a When Using 4.0mm Electrode; 240a When Using 5.0mm Electrode; And Large Current Should Not Be Chosen At Will To Improve Productivity.
9, It Is Not Allowed To Use Co2 Gas Shielded Welding For Splicing Butt Joint Of Sheet Metal And Splicing Butt Joint Of Self-Made Flange.
CNC Machining Welded Process Steel Frame Parts Is Slow And Flexible. Mature Welding Technology Is The Basis Of Ensuring Product Quality.
