2, Excessive Gap
The Axial Distance Between The Gear And The Ring Should Be Maintained At 2.5-5 Mm. When They Contact, They Will Naturally Make Noise Because Of Impact, And The Two Can Not Engage, So The Engine Can Not Start.
In Case Of This Fault, The Static And Dynamic Contact Clearance Of The Electromagnetic Switch Of The Starter Can Be Increased; The Cushion Between The Electromagnetic Switch And The Rear Shell Of The Starter Can Be Added; The Redundant Clearance Of The Supporting Pin In The Middle Of The Starter Fork Can Be Eliminated; The Slider Or Pulley With Less Wear On The Fork Can Be Replaced; When The Flywheel Is Loaded With The Gear Ring, The Gear Ring Should Not Be Pressed To The Bottom Of The Flywheel, Leaving 2-3. Causes Of Failure
